- Is the free plan actually useful?
- Yes — it's the whole method: daily check-in, your rules, the journal and the discipline ledger. You enter trades yourself. Paid plans automate the bookkeeping and add AI review.
- What does MT4 auto-sync need?
- MetaTrader 4 on Windows (or a VPS) and our Trade Sync EA from Downloads. It sends your trades to FrictionTrade; it never places or changes orders.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Settings → Manage billing. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to Free. Your journal stays.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. FrictionTrade is a discipline and education tool. Nothing in it, including the AI, tells you what to buy or sell.
